Help...:(
so I was resting my head on a table before I started to work in the break room and I
was thinking wisdom and I heard followed by it
wisdom "is to to do as your'e told"
and then I saw like not vividly but enough to show that like some high flames of fire against a black background
and I was asking God what does that mean
and I heard "window of opportunity"
and I heard it again just maybe 20 minutes ago "window of opportunity"..so now I feel a bit hopeless..lie I feel stuck,
so I have not been happy and fell like fear of not making into heaven..like I just have only window of opportunity where I can repent or else never be saved.
so now I feel like
like I heard I was thinking about how I was at a church and they said that I need to to know identity was in Christ only in not in work, my failings, etc.
basically my problem has that I feel like I have not rested in my identity in Christ..as a result I am like a religious hypocrite and even that I am poor example because I don't keep all the rules..I need help , a church, someone..
and way I was thinking about how I am suppose to know my name
"and I heard you need to know that . Your destiny is up to you"
so now I fell scared that I could go to hell because I feel like I still haven't completely given up to Jesus.
I really need to fight for this

'however I remember hearing you know that ggod things like I felt like the Holy Spirit was saying me saying I just want you to know *hug* that you've been saved (something like that) and it was comforting....this has just been in the past month... and I also I opened the bible to a verse seeking God for help and I cam e upon a verse where it said something comforting..I remember the part that said -I will help you,."
My mother says its not God but I really do need to know my identity in Christ. and stand in it..
although for awhile now I have been hearing "It's up to you" like to
receive completely simply that as Jesus is ,so am I in this world..
I heard that his name is the narrow way...basically perfection( as Joyce Meyer puts it ) only through the blood of Jesus.
but its like I feel Like I still work or try to earn righteousness ... and there's other inner issues that need to be rid of
all I want to know is what does Galatians 2:16 means.
what it means to be justified by faith and not works
Also I hear a lot "There's nothing you can do"
Please someone help me and direct me ...
If any of you can hear God through journaling please inquire from Him of me. please.

I seriously need ot "Know" who I am
like be convictedadn know without a doubt .who I am.. its like I have failed to understadn what he means by "its not of works"
how its not connected to my performance.. etc.

another thing is I have been offended at God because of the lake of fire, hell.. and that only few will saved...its hard for me especially because of how I not been resting in my identity in Christ to grasp how God can be so loving but at the other end he judgement is quite severe...( though I guess I just need to believe he is just also Romans 2)
I know I am suppose "to be small" like when I feel valuable, beloved of God, etc. I feel small. but I haven't been allowing to be me I guess of the severity of his judgement...makes me not want to accept this value...like as if I am hurting him if I don't accept is though Ia m really the one putting my self in danger...oh Lord....
but I do want to accept ...I don't want to be offended at God...I mean ...he is the ultimate authority and has the last say...no one can save from his hand....its a terrible thing to think this way of God
the only thing I have to help me out is the bible verses that say God is not willing to that any should perish...
and that he says come drink of the water of life freely so it like well if it s fre ehten anyone can have a chance to drink

Mary Ann, you can not earn your salvation by works.
ISAIAH : 57-- Verse 12
I will declare your righteousness And your works, For they will not profit you.
EPHESIANS : 2 --- Verse 4 -- 10
Verse 9 >>> Not of works, lest anyone should boast.
The Lord has made it very clear in the Bible that you can not earn your way
to salvation. Above is just a small selection I have choosen for you to read.
What the Lord is saying is that the works (if I may) have already been done for you.
Jesus paid for our sins by dieing on the cross for us.
If it are to be that we can be saved by works, then Jesus died in vain.
Your salvation has already been earned by Jesus Christ and he gets the glory not you.
You can only be saved by your faith in Jesus Christ -- yes he did die for you and he has
already saved you but you have to be the one to repent of your sins and believe/have faith
in him that he is who he says he is and can do what he said he can do.
Now the only time "works " comes into play for you is through your faith.
This is the key and is very important for you to try and understand.
When you have faith in the Lord, you are obedient towards him. You believe
and your faith becomes a strong spiritual life with-in you--- Jesus Christ
Thus is how you are saved. Jesus Christ did the work by dieing for you.
What your part is : that you have faith/believe in God and that he sent Jesus Christ
to save you.
Now here's the key about faith. James : 2 verse 14...26
Faith with out works is dead.
What does it profit if someone says he has faith but does not have works ?
Can faith save him ? If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food ,
and one of you says to them, " Depart in peace, be warmed and filled "
but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body,
what does it profit ? Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works,
is dead.
There you have it -- Faith comes first and your works is evidence of your
faith. Your works can not earn you salvation -- it is only the evidence of your faith.
If you read the Bible more and search for answers -- get someone to assist you in understanding it.
I understand it can be hard.
