this is an invitation for input for a dream I've had.
My children and i were in a jeep Scout type vehicle. We went along a high "road", it was gravel, narrow, along one side close to it was a deep, deep drop, A gorge. a fence of wire and posts ran along the middle of the road, a steep drop on the other side of the road also. I held on to each fence post to keep us from falling off as I drove along in the jeep. We made it to a two or three story, white house that was not in good shape, it needed painting, needed boards nailed back up, i looked out of an upstairs window, i ccould see down country to the North east. this was not my house. The road scared me. end of dream.,

So the fence posts ran parallel with the road but they were running down the middle of the road?

yes, the post were running down the middle of the gravelly type, rocky road, from the north to the south with barbwire fencing strung from post to post

Which side of the fence were you driving on, the gorge side? What was on the other side?

I was driving on the right hand side going south, the gorge side, on the other side, although the road dropped off quite severly, it flowed on down in small rolling hills type of country toward mountians in the distance.

Here is what I am seeing in your dream...our vehicles are an indication of our personal ministries. You are a "scout," i.e., a Watchman. You ride out in advance of the troops. I am seeing that he is bringing you into a new place in this ministry. During the journey to this new place, he will guide you and keep you on the right path: "BARBARA-wire fence." Hilarious play on words there. I love his sense of humor. LOL He will light each step on the path (fence post to fence post). This is the verse he gave me: "Then the angel of the LORD moved on ahead and stood in a narrow place where there was no room to turn, either to the right or to the left." ~ Numbers 22:26. He's going to give you a view you've never seen before.

First of all, you have to realize that the Holy Spirit is not driving ... meaning He is not in total charge of leading you at His will; you are. Can you see this? At the time of this dream you were trying to get ahead of what the LORD was doing in your life. The post were acting as obstacles in your life that is tying to send you over the cliff...so to speak. Jesus is the fence... that protects you from going over the edge of life. You don't need these obstacles... all you need is Jesus. It sounds as if you may be experiencing the unknown; and this brings a bit of uncertainty feeling to you. Trust the LORD totally as He moves you up to new levels in His glory. The LORD could be showing you the condition of your physical being in need of repair; and needing a fresh anointing to move you to these new levels in the LORD. What you have to ask your self is, what are these obstacles in your life you are depending on other than Jesus? Religiosity, Rituals of man made rules? Materialism? Only you know that answer. God is showing you where he is taking you from, to where He is wanting to take you to. but you have to get out side your comfort zone and trust God to bring you to a place you have never been. Hope this helps.
