Dream Interpretation
1. This is a place where you can share your dreams and what you sense is the correct interpretation, and ask others to respond with either their confirmation, or their suggestions concerning things you may want to consider that you may have missed. The Bible says that God counsels us at night through our dreams, so we want to receive this divine counseling.
2. Make sure you have read through the attached file on Principles of Christian Dream Interpretation.
3. When you share your dream with us (i.e. click on "+add a Discussion" at the top right of this page"), you should also list the key emotion the dream left you with, and what you sensed was the key action of the dream, along with the setting of the dream (i.e. what was going on in your life the day before the dream), and what you sense is the interpretation of the dream and any journaling you have done about the dream. When you share a new dream with the group, please name the dream with your name and the date you are posting the dream and perhaps the key event. For Example "Mark Virkler 8-7-09 I'm Falling."
4. You can ask others to confirm that they sense you are on the right track in the interpretation, or to give you any input they may have.
5. At any time you wish to end the dialogue with others about the interpretation of your dream, you may state that, and your request will be honored.
6. You must be willing to be completely open and honest as we work on an interpretation to your dream.

Our hope is that some of our "Personal Spiritual Trainers" will jump into this discussion forum and help you with your dream interpretation. And our desire is that you might enlist their services by investing in the three month personal coaching they can offer you in the area of Christian dream interpretation. This way you become a skilled interpreter of dreams and can train others. There is also a college course on Wisdom Through Dream Interpretation you can enroll in through Christian Leadership University.
You can also use the search function on Koinonia Network and type in Personal Spiritual Trainer to find a list of members of Koinonia Network who are qualified as "Personal Spiritual Trainers." You can then learn about these individuals by reading their blogs and bios or emailing them. Once you feel comfortable with them, you can hire them to be your coach in the area of Christian Dream Interpretation. We do suggest that everyone begin with the course on How to Hear God's Voice as that is foundational to everything else.

I am a CLU student and working towards a degree in Ministry. I would like some help in interpreting my dreams I've had over the last couple of weeks. The first one I was in a large building, preparing for a big event. I believe it was a church. I ask a lady if I could help clean the mirrors that were displayed on a wall. They were like a mural. I wanted to clean the back of them but the lady said not to worry about that. People were starting to come in, walking up some stairs to where we were. I then started to panic. I was then inside a room and people were filling up a baby bath tub for me. I was telling them not to fill it too much. I was going to play a part as a mermaid. I was wearing a blue gown which resembled my 8 year old daughter's dress she wore at my wedding as my flower girl.
2nd dream. I was carrying a box and inside were a gift I was to give to some adults. I complained that I didn't think the gift was appropriate for the because it was a child's toy of some kind. There was also a blue sweater inside the box that apparently belonged to me. Then I noticed the strange child's toy that was in my dream was actually a Christmas decoration hanging on the Christmas tree at the Long-Term Care Facility I have started to help minister to in real life.
God spoke to me about a week ago while I was driving. He told me about me being His minister/pastor and I was so overwhelmed that I started to cry to the point I almost needed to pull over. I felt that I wasn't worthy enough to do this task for Him but then I remembered when the angel told Mary about her carrying the Messiah, Jesus. How she felt and how she humbly said, May your will be done.This is how I felt. Like Mary but I said, I would be honored to and Thank God for this job.

Some things I see in this dream is this:
It looks like from trying to clean the back of the mirror that you were looking back at some things. You started to panic because you do not see yourself the way God sees you. He is calling you into a New beginning. This is what the baby means. The baby was a mermaid because you are a woman and if there was any doubt in what God is calling you to do because you are a woman then don't go there. God is calling you into a work for him. He is giving you revelation. This is what the color blue means.
2nd dream is showing you that you that God has given you a gift. The gift that He wants you to have. You don't feel it is the gift for the job but He is saying it is. Just as Jesus Christ was born into this world to save people of their sins God has called you for this time. He has clothed you with His Spirit and He is the one that gives you Revelation so just walk in Him.
I believe the main thing in this dream is that God is showing you that it is not about what you think of your self but it is about what Jesus has done on the cross. You are only righteous because of what He has done on the cross. It is His righteousness that He is calling you to walk in. God is assuring you that He has called you into a job that you are well equipped to do. Just walk in Him.
God is so good. He is really speaking to your spirit in this dream to tell you He has called you.

Thank you Donna for your interpretation on the two dreams I had.
I knew God was trying to telling me something through them. I've also had dreams about being back in school again and trying to find my class schedule or trying to find a pen and paper but then missing what the teacher had written on the chalkboard. I asked God why I kept having these same dreams over and over. This is when He spoke to me about the ministry. I believed that getting a degree in Christian Counseling was what He wanted for me, however, it was more than that, it was a degree in Ministry. I haven't had a dream about school since. If I do, it will be interesting to see what He shows me the next time.

HI. my name is Debra I'm having trouble with this dream that really concerns me i can a lot of time understand the dreams i have sometime but this morning this dream troubles me and I would like some help I believe the Lord called me as intercessor and my husband and I will be starting our first Bible tomorrow night saturday.
This is the Dream
I was in our van Driving and this lady we know was sitting in the front passenger front and her husband was in the back sit and her husband a pastor who is a friend of ours he was coughing and it was in my face I felt horrible when he cough very close in my face. I was driving the van the gears were not working properly when I put it in park the van would go into Drive as it did it would take over and drive and I had a hard hard time controlling it at one point it stopped and my husband was standing outside the van telling the pastor in the back sit to reach his foot to stop the van from going and telling him to switch gears because i was at times would feel all of a sudden lethargic weak and could not preform the duties to drive all of a sudden my husband came upon the scene and the van stopped and my husband was telling the pastor to take his foot to stop the van he tried but it did'nt work then at one point the car was moving on its own without it being in the shift drive position it was going and i was trying to steer it but could'nt seem to reach the petal do to the feeling of lethargic came over me and i was feeling totally helpless and i Cried out to the Lord to please help me because children and people were in and around the streets and I did'nt want to run them over and thats when the van ran into the house and crashed but I was not in the van I don't think no one was it because i cryed out that no one would be in the house then at one point this stranger this man said I know how to operated the car to get it in gear so i got out of the car and this man started this car and I sitting with this lady and a little girl and some other people and as the man got into the van the van was facing toward me and he said he could'nt control the gear the car the facing me and I was so scared that because the van was facing in my direction look as if I was going to be ran over by this big van and then I suddenly woke up.

Lot of questions in this dream.
1. You said you and your husband were starting this ministry but yet the pastors wife was in the passengers seat.
2. The Pastor was coughing was this what made you lethagic? He was in the back seat yet the cough was in your face.
3. Where was your husband placed in this van?
4. Did the Lord call you to be the intercessor and your husband to help or do you both feel lead to do this?
5. Do you see weakness in this Pastor and his wife to be the strong one?
6. Why were you driving the van if your husband was in the van?
7. Look at what is happening to the van. At one point it was driving on its own.
8. The coughing of the Pastor. How do you view the Pastor?
9. The van you know is ministry and this is a van. Not a car. Very significant.
I would assume you have put a lot of prayer into this ministry. God is always for us. He is always speaking and I do see him speaking in this dream. Would be interesting to see your response in these questions. I believe the Lord will give you this interpretation as you pray and ask for the answers. For sure we do not want to go anywhere or do anything without the Lord in control. May God bless you and I have been praying over this dream with you.

1. the ministry is a bible study
2. the pastor coughed in my face but yet he was in the back sit the pastor and his wife are friends of ours not our actual pastors

5. but at one time in the dream my husband was telling the pastor that was in the back sit what to do because I stopped to tell my husband what the van was doing concerning the shifting of the gears

How do you view her spiritually?
Is the Holy Spirit beginning to show you anything in this dream?
I can see some things clearly in this dream I believe but I know what you mean sometimes we cannot see things until the Holy Spirit brings them out. This is the reason I have ask some of these questions. Let me know about this Pastors wife and tell me if you see anything in this dream and then I will let you know what I believe I see. Part One: I'm running in a park pushing a wheelbarrow I come to a narrow path with a fence on one side. I go through the path with the wheelbarrow then I come to a barn I go into the barn it has many rooms and I'm running through the rooms then I go up the stairs where there's more rooms. Then I come to a room that I can't go through so I turn around and start going down the stairs. Part Two: Then I'm at a friends house but she is not home there is snow on the ground then I go to leave and I'm sitting at a flower garden and a horse comes up behind me and scares me then my friends husband says something to the horse and it leaves. Her husband then comes to me and says, "Brenda you had a nervous breakdown go away for a little to build your body back up." Then the husband goes over to his horses and he feeds them and they bow to him and do whatever he wants them to do.

You are running in a park pushing a wheelbarrow. A park is a place to enjoy not pushing a wheelbarrow. This narrow path is the way to Jesus and it is not carry burdens or problems it is through faith in what He has done at the cross. You come to this Barn with lots of rooms and this one room you come to you cannot get in. Well I can see that this barn means provision. The Lord is providing and you are doing well until you run into this room that you cannot get in. So you start going down stairs. You were ascending and going some place but all of a sudden you turn back. In other words you have turned back. I don't mean back on your salvation but you have gotten out of faith. This is because you are trying to go through on your own. It can only be through him. We cannot make it happen. Our only job is to believe in him what He has already provided in these other rooms.
You are now at a friends house. She is not there. No where can you see Jesus in this problem but all of a sudden this horse comes up behind you (horse meaning flesh) he comes from behind, this is the only way the enemy knows. You are frightened ( The enemy comes to still, kill and destroy) he has come to still the word out of your heart. The snow on the ground means God's righteousness not yours, Jesus has already paid the price for your healing. This flower garden would mean life. Every time you begin to rest in what Jesus has done here comes the enemy again. But if you will notice your friends husband had the power to put this horse in its place. I believe he was representing our God. He is all powerful. Everything that has a name has to bow to the name of Jesus.
Now if you will notice this man told you that you needed to go somewhere and get some rest because you had already had a nervous break down. I believe God is saying you cannot keep on going the way you are going. Remember I am your everything. Trust in me. Go some place and build your body back up this means spend some time with Jesus. Listen to His voice. He is all powerful. You rest in Him and he will take care of the rest.
I pray this will give you some insight on the dream and if it speaks to you good. I pray your spirit will leap and God will bring peace in your life. If your spirit does not leap and this does not bring life to you then you keep praying and seek God for the answer.
