Help me in Hearing God's Voice?

Hello Everyone,

My name is Jon. I'm a 31 Year old Disabled Veteran. retired (Medically) from the US Navy.

I found this site after speaking with Mark Virkler (via email) about how important it is to hear God's voice.

I was in Anti-Terrorism while in the Military and I tell this because I was always gone from home and didn't "Need" God or want anything to do with him for my whole life. I am here to say boy was I wrong........

Looking back now I can visibly see he cared and loved me so much ANC at least I am disabled and not dead. He helped me SO MUCH! I finally met a guy who is also my neighbor after living next to him for 3 years. I was always sick and inside and in bad shape. One day he came to me and said I needed Jesus. I blew him off nicely and he said he would pray for me and I said thanks for the prayers etc..

Well the Holy Spirit came alive inside me that afternoon and night and all I could think about was God and "What If".

Well the next day I went outside for the first time in years and asked him to walk with me and talked about Jesus and all he did and he told me how to get saved and wrote it dowm for me. I went home and got on my knees and cryed my eyes out amd asked for forgiveness and repented and accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior amd added the stipulation if your real let me stop hurting so much so often please.

I went to be some kinda hurting. I woke up pain free and have been completely fine since that was August 2011. I am saved and righteous and just got Baptized on Sunday evening and am rocking and rolling in Christ.

Long story short I have read the 4 keys and watched the (10) video on it and (10) Audio ones and the book and workbook etc...

I have tried the Internet and google and YouTube and other etc...

I can't seem to fix my eyes on Jesus or get him in my visions or tune to his flow, spontaneous thoughts and hear him.

I quiet myself down ( I have visions but not biblical ones) but when I try 4 keys it is black and stays black and then blankness.

Any help?
