At first it seems from a distance I see 3 office buildings, high rises over 23 stories (I seem to remember that number). They were all dark reflective glass curtain wall buildings. They appeared to be emerging from in the ocean. They were at staggered heights; none of them were the same height.

Then it was as if the 3 buildings created a cove. I was in the cove in human form and the tide was coming in and going out. Ebbing and flowing. Every time the tide came in, fish arrived all different sizes, colors and types. Then the tide would go out, but the fish would stay and they would live. Some flopped around, but they all lived. Every time a new tide came in, it brought new fish, many new fish. I noticed there were no nets or cages or traps and yet the fish never swam out with the tide, they stayed in the cove with me. I saw grouper, swordfish, sailfish, snappers, yellowtail snapper, parrot fish, sergeant majors, angel fish, box puffer fish, mullet, blue fish, tarpon, speckled sea trout and even brackish water snook. Strange that I knew there was brackish water fish there. They kept coming in waves, different sizes, types and colors. They weren’t afraid of me and I wasn’t afraid of them. I wasn’t trying to do anything to them or with them. We just "were" in this cove area together.

David's interpretation:

The 3 in the office buildings represent a synchronization; an opportunity that will arise in the not so distant future that will bring greater unity to your life, which I believe is in your marriage and with the Holy Spirit. It is also speaks of perfect timing and coordination. For example, counting to three is common in situations in order to perform a task in synchrony! You will have the leading of the Holy Spirit in perfect timing because of your unity in humility!

The Holy Spirit’s leading will engage you and release you in a strategic venture where your anointing will be used to organize, plan develop “sites” for the Lord. This is represented by the office buildings which speaks of “site planning” where there is an architectural, design process involved perhaps one that the Lord will use in and for a particular civic and spiritual community.

I see this gifting being used in very practical terms as represented in the building having 23 stories. The number 23 represents in Jewish terms a Sanhedrin. Every Jewish city in biblical times was required to have an assembly of elders, or a council consisting of 23 judges of the Law. So, I see this anointing as a new authority He will give you, perhaps to call “judges” and establish "law" to a City!  I see you proclaiming over the City establishing this! This calling which the Lord is releasing to you has a City function. Perhaps there will be another move in your life, to the City where the Lord would have you go and build and develop for Him. Or, it may just be a perception that He may want you to build, move in and towards?

These characteristics indicate that it this is yet to be revealed but one that can be discovered through reflection, and thoughtful contemplation with the Lord. So, I see this as an invitation for greater intimacy with the Lord. The darkness reveals that it has yet to be revealed as the hidden treasures and secrets in Isaiah 45 that Cyrus has opened up to. Darkness means hidden for a specific time and purpose.

Again, a confirmation in that, this very vital calling, has a set time for a very intentional purpose. I see it being called out of you; squeezed out by various circumstances some difficult, some glorious; rising out from within you and your life! Unity will arise!

Then it was as if the 3 buildings created a cove. I was in the cove in human form and the tide was coming in and going out.

Water is considered a purifier in most religions. The incoming flows speak of intermittent, timed healings and times of refreshing for the “three” of you. Relationship building; healing, greater clarity and deeper love for your life!

The cove represents to me an estuary. “An estuary is a semi-enclosed coastal body of water with one or more rivers or streams flowing into it, and with a free connection to the open sea.” This speaks of the various spiritual influences in your life that will merge and forge together a greater wholeness of life and perspective with greater surrender to the larger “ocean” or global call in your life. Again, this speaks of the development that the Lord has and is accomplishing in you. The surrender speaks of simply letting go, and just floating to the greater dimensions of God which will lead to the global influence you will have.

“Estuaries are often associated with high rates of biological productivity; which is where the two regions meet (coastal & river).”  Here again, the Lord is speaking to the environment and community to which you are not only called to but are called to be a vital component of its organicity. This will result in great Kingdom results!

“An estuary is typically the tidal mouth of a river (aestus is Latin for tide), and estuaries are often characterized by sedimentation or silt carried in from terrestrial runoff and, frequently, from offshore.” They are made up of brackish water. The coastal area and cove will be represented by an aggregation of various fish or species whose hearts will be moist and tilled, represented by the sedimentation and silt.

The fish speak of the many people of various backgrounds that the Lord will call to the “cove” to come and learn and live and be established. Their hunger will drive them there and their hearts will have been made ready to receive the engrafted Word of God by the Holy Spirit! This speaks of destiny with an end times flavor to it!
