How to Naturally Restore Damaged Bodies

The Bible provides guidance on many natural and biblical approaches to restoring health by providing the body the tools it needs to heal itself (diet, exercise, fasting, etc). This in an open discussion community for people seeking to learn how to give their bodies the tools they need to heal themselves. We are not medical doctors, so check any new health regime out with your medical advisor before embarking on it. I agree with what you said about we are not medical doctors. This is a very good tool to have continue the good work. GOD bless all of you, your wife and all your staff. We all should check with our medical advisor for problem and after we feel GOD healed us or gave us miracles. Pray for Don he is a warrior the devil wants dead. There were two demons sent to him while sleeping. One was holding him while the other one had a rope around his neck trying to choke him and put a powder substance in his nose. The LORD had our daughter to come into the room and they left. This was around 4:00 AM. A minister told us that someone was trying to work witch craft on him. GOD canceled that right out. To GOD be all the GLORY!!!!

It would be good to seek out the root cause of this curse and attack of satan and then remove the cause so it can not continue. The bible says "a curse without a cause can not alight." Remove the cause. could be fear, doubt sin, etc. as all these give satan a legal right.

I am so amazed at how our bodies can so impact other areas of our lives. Five years ago I was diagnosed with tyoe 2 diabetes. I knew it was serious and I began researching and doing what the doctor said but hen the weariness and frustration of illness wore me down. This week I finally went to see a specialist (Endrocrinologist) and she helped me understand it was time for more action - insulin. I began Insulin therapy Tuesday - she told me it would take a couple of weeks to see a difference (My sugars have ranged between 14-23 since July they should be 4-7). Within 24 hrs my sugars dropped to the normal ranges or at the very least much closer. I am stunned. I am a different person. I had no idea how toxic my body had become and how it was ravaging my sppiritual and emotional life.

The emotions are still pretty messed up, now because of the sudden changes in my body and it is not accustomed to being normal. And now I am beginning to incorporate the exercise, the diet, the proper rest (though I struggle with insomnia).

In December God promised me restoration and rebuilding in 2010 I had no idea what He had in mind! Our bodies are amazing ceations and I am thankful that God is a healing and merciful God.
