hi Jeanne, I have been where you are and have been reminded "he will never leave or forsake us"  the enemy

wants us to believe the lie we are alone and God is far away.  The truth is that He is closer than a brother

and works all things to good.  Believe the truth not the lie, repeat the promises not the lies.  God loves

you, cry out and he will answer.  The enemy comes to steal kill and destroy, so who do you think

you are hearing?  Ask the Holy Spirit what the truth and hear what your Father who loves yu is saying.

Lord I pray please help my sister, give her ears to hear your truth at this moment and a revelation of your never ending, love.  in Jesus name.  thank you Lord, you are to be praised.

blessings my sister

Hello Jeane

you might be wondering why the Christian life is so hard. I have been in such a crisis before and wondered how to come out of depression, discouragement, and all sort of negative thoughts just like you. And you know what? God sent his word to my heart and i was healed. The reason you feel like this is because you have conceived  negative thoughts in your heart as you are seeking for spiritual abortion of such thoughts but that is not the way God wants you to live. You have to stop the conception of negative thoughts such as falling to pieces, like God is far far away and I am losing my mind! You have to stop your emotions from running wild because If you allow your emotions to run wild, then you reap exactly what you have conceived in your heart. That’s the general rule and again God can do anything but the chances that you are going to lose it is if you allow your emotions to have dominion over your born again spirit. The very first thing the Lord Jesus told his disciples the night before his crucifixion was ‘let not your hearts be troubled…’(John 14:1). This is really simple and it should be obvious and yet I believe that most Christians totally miss this point in the course of life journey. Did you notice that every Christian when they come into a crisis situation will allow their emotions to go wild, they are getting confused and in their unbelief they panic and do all kinds of things as a remedy for the crisis in which they find themselves! And then after all of these negative things have happened in their lives, they then go to the Lord and try to start seeking for the solutions to their emotions. But the very first thing that Jesus told his disciples is ‘let not your hearts be troubled’ and if you were with the Lord and find yourself in a situation that is not convenient, you have to put yourself in the place of his disciples applying what he said to them in your own life. In other words he is saying you let not your heart be trouble! This is something that most Christians don’t know or believe. You have the ability to control your emotions; you can choose how you want to be in life and in my estimation I believe that if you allow your emotions to run away out of you and to get out of control. It’s nearly impossible to put your emotions under the control of the Spirit once you let them get away. If you allow your emotions to run away, it will be impossible to control them because you allow your emotions to take advantage of you. It’s easy to stop your emotions from running out of control than to stop them when they are already out of the control of the Spirit. I believe this is exactly what Jesus is saying to you. Take heart dear, be patient and gentle as you travel the stairway of life knowing that the Christian life is a life of perseverance and endurance as you face the obstacles before you.........

Jeanne,

I'm praying for you. 1st Peter 5:7-9 comes to mind.  7 casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.(He'll do the caring for you.) 8Be sober, be vigilant; ( watch you thoughts as they come in. If they are not of God and arde worry or doom thoughts, take they to God. I say,"I gave tahat problem to Jesus talk to Him, in Jesus of Nazareth's Name!!! These thoughts will be intense for at least a week.) For your enemy the devil walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. 9 Resist him, steadfast in the faith, ( plant your feet in faith, declaring the word)
