I found God at 19. After 4 years of of conversing and being amazed, I still saw no victory in my life...just thought and ideas. So, I started praying "in the name of Jesus" and shortly after…Continue

Comment by Gloria Blessed on February 21, 2012 at 9:51pm I've struggled with lunchroom school children's behavior. Today the Lord amazed me, by creating in me a calm, cool, and collected attitude with 50 or 60 students in our school lunchroom. I journaled this morning and Jesus spoke to me and told me that He would be my Wisdom and my strength today with the children. I held out my hands and gave Him the reigns. I was totally blown away as the Lord made Himself real through me, when lunchtime rolled around. The children have never been that quiet in the lunchroom before, except when a principle corrected them. Actually, I'm suppose to be the one who is to keep order and it has been very difficult at times to keep the noise level down. I'm so thankful for His faithfulness to me and the children. He is so Awesome and He truly surprised me with His authority and blessing today. "And the life which I now live I live by the faith of the Son of God who loves me and gave Himself for me" Praise The Lord!!

It sounds like you are not concerned about obedience or forgiveness as the Lord has shown you that you are born of HIm and remain in Him therefore you cannot and do not sin.
I believe He has said the same thing to me about books
Comment by patricia vanderhoek on November 2, 2011 at 10:48am Hi Jennifer, welcome to our meeting place! When I first came to Jesus, He gave me the scripture, "Come and learn of Me, for I am meek and lowly of spirit." As I searched the scriptures looking for truth as something to know, the Holy Spirit spoke to my spirit saying, "Stop looking for truth. Look for Jesus." What a difference that made in my searching for knowledge. I no longer looked for anything but Him. The scriptures became known to me as a continuing revelation of who Jesus really is, even to the final revelation of His being the first and the last of the creation of God. He is the new creation God-man. It is Jesus who is sinless. He that commits sin is of the devil. For this purpose the Son of God was revealed, that He might destroy the works of the devil. Whosoever is born of God does not commit sin; for His seed (Christ) remains in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. ( 1 John 3: 8,9)
But the anointing which you have received of Him abides in you, and you need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teaches you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it has taught you, you shall abide in him . (1 John 2:27) The Holy Spirit whispered to me to put aside my books about God and listen to Him. He said "I am in you to teach you all things pertaining to Christ. Why do you listen to man when man is seldom listening to hear Me. I don't give you knowledge or truth or wisdom or understanding or righteousness apart from who I AM." This put me on the right track so to speak. I learned to listen to God from my heart, not my intellect. I learned to approach Him with an open heart and asked to learn of Him.Who shall instruct us? We have the mind of Christ! He lives in us! If we are looking for Him anywhere outside of our new born self, we will not move forward with Him into glory, into the full recognition of who He truly is. We are to grown in the knowledge of God and in grace. What hope is this! Let Him be our only Hope! May we all be blessed with the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of God, even to Him being every member of His resurrection body, all and in all.
