Hi Murali. Actually we do our correspondence course from England....it is the nearest Charis Bible College. There are quite a few around the world. Andrew Wommack's Homepage is www.awmi.net and www.awme.net (specially for Europe) You can find a lot of teaching materials , downloads free! The homepage of our Bibleschool in England is www.cbcuk.net the one in Chennai www.cbcindia.org......You see... a lot of homepages and a big Ministry. By the way....I found my way to Christ through the testimony of an Indian man! I didn't meet him in person but I read his book. Although I am living in a christian country...it was a former Hindu who showed me the way....funny, isn't it? How did you become a Christian? Are there more christians in Hyderabad than in other parts of India? When we travelled in your country we met a few brothers and sisters evangelizing ........but this was in the area of Goa. I know that Andrew Wommack was in India and I heard from many other preachers that they have been there. I hope and pray that the word of God "finds good ground/soil" in your country. I think it is also part of our work to prepare the ground and do the weeding.....:-) Blessings Simone

Dear Murali, when my husband and I were in India (1989/90) it was "just" to visit the country and part of our trip around the world.....appr. 1 1/2 years all over the world. India was our first stop, later we went to Singapur, Thailand, Indonesia....on our way to New Zealand.
India is a very unique country- totally different from our lifestyle...:-)
Last year we startet with a correspondence course from Charis Bible College. Maybe you know Andrew Wommack. He is a great teacher of the Word and he also has a Bibleschool in Chennai.
Blessings from Austria, Simone

Hi again,

Continuing my reply to your last comment:

As for guidance in major decisions such as moving your family home, Mark, and others, say to expect that God will confirm His will in different ways. He never minds repeating Himself. (Look how often He said similar things in the Bible.) If you think you are being led to move house, ask Jesus to confirm that. Confirmation (or a leading in a different direction) can come through what you read in the Bible, through the advice of a senior Christian or two, through thinking through rationally the pros and cons, through coincidences, as well through the gentle voice of Jesus’ Spirit within you. For a major decision make sure that Jesus is saying the same thing through several of these channels, not just one. Certainly check it out with a senior Christian.

With love in Jesus,

Roger

Dear Murali,

Thanks for your quick reply. Sorry I am not as quick as you.

You can contact Edgar through his website. I’ll also ask him if it’s OK to give you more direct contact details.

Have you learnt Mark Virkler’s way of hearing God Voice? Mostly all I can do is to point you to his teaching. Do you know the Four Keys? Practice using all four together.

According to Mark, and according to my own understanding and experience too, hearing and writing go together. You think that something is coming, maybe just a word. Sometimes with me it is simply ‘Yes Geoffrey Roger,’ (Geoffrey Roger is the name that Jesus uses when he speaks to me.) At that moment I have no idea what Jesus wants to talk about. As I write those 3 words down, a couple more words follow, until it is a sentence. If I didn’t write down the first part as it came to me, the rest would not follow. I can also speak out what seems to be coming from Jesus, instead of writing it out, as long as my lips move and sound comes from my mouth. I would say don’t expect simply to hear the message and then write it down, start writing or speaking and trust that the message is coming.

You have faith that the Holy Spirit in you is speaking from within you. You need to express that faith with an action, for faith without action is dead. Writing or speaking out loud is an action that expresses and confirms your faith, that brings your faith to life. The Holy Spirit flows through your living faith.

Hope this helps!

Mostly keep going learning to listen to Jesus. Everyone makes blunders – that’s how we learn anything!

I'll write again with more...

With love in Jesus,

Roger
