A little bit About Myself, and Why I'm Here: I was an on fire Christian for many years, but eventually burned out, and never found the pure victory that was promised in the bible. At 40, I admitted defeat to God, who was happy to hear that I finally reached this point. He revealed to me that the reason... that I am dead, in Christ, and that Christ is my new life, in me. Since then, I have found the victory promised...I am a new creation, the old has passed away.

I just found it yesterday when doing a search on Rm 7 and 8. The site I think had what one might call a commentary by Charles Leiter which I found very helpful. And the pastor's profile was interesting... athiest to hypocrite to...

If so, I would then ask you what your reply to GMurial was regarding crucifying self. Have you read what he says Charles Spurgeon said regarding this?

Thanks for all your replies. They are helping me to figure out how to use the Koinonia Network which I think will be enough computer time. I have so many other things I need to get to that aren't on the computer.
