Accident Automobile.

In March of 2009 we were in auto accident. Our Lincoln Navigator was slammed from behind when we were coming from visiting a church in Miami Florida on I95. Our vehicle was a totally lost. GOD proved to be faithful and all our family in our vehicle is alive. We have injuries however we're going to doctors and still praying. The man who hit us has had many accidents prior to hitting us. I think he needs to be investigated to see if he drinks or have black out spells. He had no bodily injury liability.
