You are familiar with the battle over the origins of matter and life. For many this is a dry and distant subject, far in the past, with no obvious connection to everyday life. Yet both sides involved take this fight seriously because they understand what is at stake. The issue of where you came from leads directly to the question of who you are, and how you should live. Do you see the connection between those who reject me and the effort to explain life and nature without me? Do you see anyone but believers defending my account of my creation?
