Listening to God

Today my wife went to the store and the Lord spoke to her about giving money to a perfect stranger.  At first she was hesitant and she of course had contradictory thoughts of why she should give money to a perfect stranger at the store.  After realizing she had the opposing thoughts, she knew without a shadow of a doubt she was supposed to give this stranger some money.  So she introduced herself and told this stranger that the Lord had instructed her to give this man money and she did.

This stranger happened to be a vet that wore a naval ball cap.  He had an amputated foot and when he recieved the money from my wife he accepted it without reservation.  My wife gave him the money and went on her way and did not look back however, my daughter that happened to be with her just had to look back and saw that this stranger had covered his eyes with his ball cap, obviously the man seemed to be touched and had tears.  She also noticed people were looking as well and were in dismay.  It is apparent God had a message to send I am sure it pierced some hearts.

This is not the first time something like this has happened.  I too have been in certain situations where we have been impressed to give money to a perfect stranger.  So if the Lord is having you to do something a little out of the norm, do it.  You never know the whole reason behind it but the Lord does.  Blessings to all!:)
