Romans 6.6

I saw Winnie Banov a few weeks ago. She didn't say much in English... but she got across to us that she was filled with the fullness of JOY because of a revelation of Roman 6.6. I listened and realized I hadn't a clue what she was talking about. It took me a week... one whole, torturous week of pressing into God and asking Him for this revelation! I knew she had something I didn't have and I WANTED IT!

Romans 6.6 says that our old man was crucified with HIM. That old sin nature was done away with on the cross!!! It is just like, "by HIS stripes we were healed", the atonement includes everything that has to do with sin in our members. So! How do we access this death of the old man? BY FAITH! YOU SEE... whenever we are tempted to sin it is the devil, not some secret ancestral sin or demon that has been hiding for ages that is torturing you! It is the devil coming from out side of you and we just have to resist it!

I went through years of inner healing... deliverance etc... but now... I SEE!!! It doesn't have to be! Revelation of this will take you from salvation to sanctification in a twinkling of the eye! :)

Also, Hebrews 9.14 says our conscience was PURGED from dead works. If we receive this by faith our minds are purged from guilt of any sin! oh my!!!!

He truly did a complete work on the cross.
