Dear Saints,

The next two months are going to be a bit disruptive as I have to take several trips to the Strand. My daughter is going to start a new job and I have to take care of my grandson until she gets her first paycheck so she can put him in a crèche. So this week, Tuesday until Friday I am in the strand. Around the 20th I will be away for a week, as they are going to a wedding and I have to babysit, the dog and cat and property. Then next month for at least two weeks I will be in the Strand. So if you don’t get a daily devotion for a few days, don’t panic I WILL BE BACK!!!! If you need urgent prayer just contact Natasha her email address is on the list, and she can pass it on to me. In these few weeks that I will be coming and going I am also going to deal with a lady that has become demon possessed and she has a demon in her house. There is also another man that has asked me to come and pray in their house as they are experiencing demonic activity. This is very serious and I would appreciate if you could all pray protection for me and my family at this time. I have led the lady to the Lord, Praise God, but she needs to be freed from all the demonic activity in her house and in her body. Please also pray for a Pastor who is being targeted by witchcraft items being placed on his property and he has been attacked on his body nearly having serious hart attacks due to the curses being placed on him. Jesus did say that in the last days darkness will become stronger on the earth, demonic activity will increase. Just because you are a Christian does not mean that you are immune. Witchcraft in our country is rampant and many people are experiencing attacks. I have had my fair share of spiritual jealousy from Christians and have had attacks on my body. But with so many people going into the New Age and opening doorways for the demonic, these so called angels have been allowed to gain power and if you walk around your neighborhood, especially in South Africa you will find evidence of covens that are meeting near you. When you pray and praise and worship, they become aware of you in the spirit and they can send demons to you to harass you. The latest that we have found is that people who dislike you now go to the Sangoma’s Witchdoctors and herbalists and they can get stuff to attach demomic powers to your property, your person, and these things can harass you in various ways. We have often heard of people going to Swaziland and buying a “tokoloshi” which is a water spirit that is called up and manifests as a little baboon like man, who is then sent into your home to do all sorts of mischievous deeds, from stealing your money to moving things around in your house, to even trying to have sex with you. Ask any African man or woman why they put their beds up on bricks and they will tell you, “so that the tokoloshi” cannot come and kill you while you are sleeping. Yes Jesus is more powerful than any witch, witchdoctor, shaman etc but their witchcraft is real and very powerful. It should not scare us, but we should be aware that we are coming up against powerful demons, that have been given a lot of power by the people that are calling them up. So we tread carefully and don’t overstep our authority but know this that the Name of Jesus is more powerful that any demonic principality or demon. Witchcraft has been practiced for many, many years and people have studied it and used it to gain power for themselves. They make a lot of money out of it, and have learnt to conjure up powerful potions and spells. As we near the end time of the gentiles these demons will become more powerful as more and more people dabble in the occult. It is up to us to become more powerful in wielding our weapons of war that God has provided us, the most powerful being the blood and Name of Jesus. Prayer, praise and worship is another powerful weapon we have. Being filled with the Holy Spirit is another one. If you are filled with the Spirit of God no other spirit can possess you, they can harass you but cannot possess you. If you have an open door of sin in your life, they can also come in and cause havoc, like making you sick etc. Preventing you from reading your bible and praying etc. So thank you all for keeping me in your prayers over the next few weeks as I try to free these people from the enemies grip. I know that I am assured of victory but I tread where angels fear to tread. I go with my armor on and my shield of faith. SHALOM CATHARINA.
