When I listen to God with My heart, He speaks saying:

The word of God is not bound.  I love to be here as you.  I am in your heart by faith.  I am also in your mouth by faith.  I am in you to be found of you.  I want to be Sought Out and Found One.  The answer of the tongue is from the Lord.

(Proverbs 16:1)  I am the One who answers you by your tongue.  Decide to trust Me enough to listen to Me.  When you draw near to Me to hear Me, to be with Me, I draw near to you.  I open My heart to you and give you My thoughts in the midst of yours.  Learn to listen by listening.  Here I am, waiting to be heard. The longer you listen, the more of Myself I can reveal to you.  Why do you tarry?  Here I am.
